Back Pain Sufferers Benefits from CAM Therapies

A latest study, known as “Perceived Benefit of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) Back Pain” establish the majority of respondents getting CAM for back pain reported big advantage from the different treatments.  In general, 60% of the survey who had one CAM therapy in the past 12 months discover remarkable extraordinary help using the top six CAM modalities: chiropractic care, massage, yoga/tai/chi/qi Cong, acupuncture, herbal therapies, and relaxation techniques- with chiropractic care the most accepted selection.
