The people of the United States declare July 4, 1776 as independence from Great Britain. The declaration of independence, they achieved their freedom; a freedom that celebrated once a year with fireworks, parades, barbecues, fairs, picnics, baseball games, is family fun, political speeches and ceremonies. There are more than 10 million obese children in the United States and 60 percent of our population is overweight, according to the statistics from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The bad thing is that the numbers are increasing.
