Healthy Foods That are Not Healthy for You

Vitamin Waters – Vitamin water by Coke and Sobe Life Water by Pepsi might sound healthy by their names but both of these contain 32.5 grams of sugar in every bottle.
Bran Muffins – The main ingredient in muffin or cake is fat and it has more calories than the McDonald’s Sausage McMuffin. That’s about one-thirds of the fat that you are supposed to eat for the entire day.
Chewable Vitamin Tablets – Chewable Vitamins C are known to cure illnesses that are common to human, from a simple cold to even cancer. However, these chewable tablets that you eat are also eating you. Some studies show that chewable vitamin c tablets erode the teeth, dentists are recommending to brush your teeth every after taking a tablet.
Fast Food Salads – Salad is healthy but Fast food salad is not. Like the Wendy’s Mandarin Chicken Salad, it can outscore its quarter pound Wendy’s Double Stack cheeseburger in fat, sugar, carbs and total calories.
Herbal Supplements – Consumer reports released a list of unhealthy and dangerous health supplements in 2004. Topping the list is the Chinese remedy for eczema which really cleared up the disease but ending up needing kidney transplants. So be careful in taking supplements, they can make you feel good but at the same time, side-effects are dangerous such as destroying your liver.
