Considering the kinds of foods you are eating may give you a new path and learning since you discover the foods that make you feel good, equally physically and emotionally.  You have to find out the foods that you really enjoy eating and learn eating up to satisfaction without feeling guilty.

A mindful eater:

1. Discovers how to taste food creatively

2. Eats a smaller amount of food

3. Does not go on diet once more

4. Feels contented of what food he eats

5. Is conscious of his hunger and fullness signal

6. Does not usually overeat

7. Is happy with the whole meal shared together with family and friends

8. Seeks for a healthy weight and remains in healthy weight series

When individuals especially constant dieters, take for granted the diet rules and know how to listen and trust their body with food, they can really eat less.  Eating lesser may help mean consuming lower levels of calories, sugar, fat, and salt.

This coming Independence Day, if you feel like you have to regulate your diet, you must consider and practice being a mindful eater.
