Sammi Sweetheart Talks About Her Weight Loss

Sammi Sweetheart ‘Jersey Shore’ star goes down 15 lbs for Season 2, and she revealed how she did it. What’s her secret? It’s the guidette dropped pasta.

Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola of Jersey Shore shared a little on how she hut the swell despite the fact that still partying up a tempest down in Miami for Season 2 of the strike MTV show. “I just modified my diet, and the next thing you know the pounds just came off,” Sammi tells Life & Style. The veracity star, photographed here exclusively for Life & Style, lost an enormous 15 pounds — without overlooking out on some of the enjoyment. The primary order of business: cutting out the carbs. “I long for it like crazy, but I don’t eat pasta any longer,” she said. “I eat my vegetables and try to stay healthy.”

Sammi also avoids more partying calories with an exhaustive cardio practice. “I do soccer drills — I jog a lap, after that run, jog the rest of the way, next run again,” she says.

“You take a look good in Miami since gorgeous people are all over the place you look! You do not desire to revolve into a good for nothing.” And to end off her latest beach-ready look? The gals’ edition of the Jersey Shore guys’ mantra, GTL (gym, tanning, laundry): “HNT — hair, nails, tan!” she cheers.
