Lindsay Lohan may be charged with battery for a scuffle last month with a female Betty Ford Center technician, sheriff's investigators say.
The incident began when the "Mean Girls" star returned to the facility after curfew on Dec. 12 and refused center employee Dawn Holland's request that she take a Breathalyzer test.
