The Most Successful Weight Losing Tips

These weight losing tips may be too common but a little reminder will always keep us going on our common mission, to lose weight.
1. Record what you eat - This maybe too much of a bother to write down everything that you eat but to tell you, this is one of the most successful weight losing tip. This is because you will see anything that you eat and will make you conscious of everything that you indulge. Then you’ll see yourself reducing the food intake as you don’t want to make a long list of food that you had in a day.
2. Motivate yourself - As we go older we become more and more conscious of our figures. Just think of people that will be attracted to you when you look thin and beautiful or have that sexy body and make all necks turn to you. In this way, you’ll go even more and help yourself get sexy and healthy.
3. Eat only filling food – To lose weight is to eat less. So eat foods that are lesser but filling. The suggested filling foods are Potatoes, Fish, Oatmeal, Oranges and Apples. These foods are more satisfying and healthier than eating more carbohydrates. Also avoid sugars, instead, take foods that are rich in fiber.
4. Eat more in Special days ONLY – Always stop your self from eating heavy meals, instead, put in mind that you only have to eat heavy meals during special occasions ONLY. This is likely to be more successful because occasions only happen once or twice a month. And you know what, don’t be too worried on what to eat. Eat everything that you want and after you eat, you’ll find yourself regretting of eating too much
Then you’ll be more and more conscious.
If you want to loss weight in a short period of time then try this:
Arrange a date with someone and give an allowance of 2 or 3 weeks. And before that day comes, always think that you have to look good and beautiful. This will give you pressures and will help you even more to eat less.

I just finished day 30 of P90X. I DO NOT recommend this for people trying to loose weight. But if you want to buff up and tone up, then its worth it. Loose the weight by dieting first, then bulk with P90X.

Be mindful of where hidden calories might be.
Do you nibble while cooking? If so chew gum, that will stop you.
How many cups of coffe or tea do you have in day with sugar, try and reduce the amount gradually.
Canned drinks are laden with sugar and calories – drink water instead.
Do you finish up what the kids have left on their plate?
All of these are things that are often forgotten about when adding up your daily intake.
